Choose Your Package

There are three packages to choose from with the option to customize each one according to your budget and specific needs. I offer a range of services to the very busy bride from just the day-of coordination to complete, personal assistance with every detail of your event.

Emerald Package

$1200

  • Up to two (2) face to face consultations
  • Unlimited contact via phone, email and text
  • Review all contracts
  • Confirm final details with all vendors, one week prior to your event
  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction
  • Up to eight (8) hours of event day coordination
  • Make sure you and your bridal party are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for your day
  • Complementary usage of my emergency kit
  • Receive all deliveries and greet vendors
  • Oversee proper set-up of all decorations
  • Distribute copies of your itinerary to all vendors
  • Greet guests and direct them to appropriate areas
  • Assist guests with special needs with extra attention
  • Cue musicians/DJ appropriately when needed during ceremony
  • Assist photographer to gather individuals for photos at appropriate times
  • Line up and cue ceremonial party when it’s time and see that they are looking good and smiling
  • Make sure you look perfect in every way before your grand entrance
  • Answer guests questions and concerns throughout the event
  • Assist Musicians/DJ in timing of events throughout the day
  • Make sure you are taken well care of throughout the whole day, including bringing food or drinks to you as well as any other need that you might have
  • Make sure that parents and very special guests are given special care and attention
  • Communicate with you throughout your event so you know exactly what is going on
  • Supervise and communicate with chef and catering staff to ensure excellent and timely service
  • Cue individuals for toasts
  • Be there for you when emergencies and unexpected occurrences arise
  • Monitor all things to be packed up and put in the designated car per your request including gifts, cake top and all personal items
  • Make sure your  ”getaway” transportation is present and on time
  • Arrange transportation for guests who may not be able to drive themselves
  • Give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your special day

Extras

  • Additional face to face consultations are available at the rate of $40 each
  • Cost of event day coordination exceeding 8 hours will be at the rate of $50 an hour
  • Travel fees and expenses may apply for venues out of area and these costs will be discussed and applied accordingly.

  • Accompaniment to tastings and assistance with menu development if needed
  • Confirm final details with all vendors, one week prior to your event

  • Collection of all items needed for event at the rehearsal from the client for safe keeping
  • Up to eight (8) hours of event day coordination
